Sophoan Buy (3rd Batch Graduate) has been promoted from a Personal Assistant to Secretary General, Cambodia NOC to a Deputy Director of International Relations Department

After he graduated from Dream Together Master, he has been promoted from a Personal Assistant to Secretary General, Cambodia NOC to a Deputy Director of International Relations Department. Recently, he also has been appointed to the Secretary General of Cambodia Boxing Federation and the Deputy Secretary General of Cambodia Table Tennis Federation. He is in charge of international affairs, event management, and strategic development and has been working with international sports organizations for sports development in Cambodia.
